Not as funny as the series, but still good stuff.

May not be the sharpest Blackadder has ever been, but it's clever and full of laughs. Short and sweet.

A great twist in Dicken's classic tale. It manages to stay as entertaining and hilarious as a regular Blackadder season. It's not the best Blackadder has to offer but certainly a must see if you're a fan of the character.

One of the very few Christmas specials worth watching, it's still not nearly as wickedly funny as the Blackadder series.

I love Blackadder, but this was a little bit too way off.

Even though it was fun to see a bunch of the characters again this honestly wasn't that good. There is a certain novelty to the whole thing but it wears off quickly.

Ranking this based on not being familiar with Blackadder other than this very special, which my English wife made me watch a few holidays ago. Apparently there were some inside jokes that I didn't get.

Doesn't match my childhood memories of the series but works ok-ish as part of it. Viewed alone it'd be pretty maddening.

Something tells me I would have appreciated this more if I weren't so ruggedly American.

Oh mighty rush of getting a Christmas Special out, what wonderful failures have you been able to create?

Basically a decent Blackadder-episode, there is not really any need for it to be 15 minutes longer.

Not as good as the series, but better than Back and Forth. I used to look forward to watching this every Christmas, but I think it loses more on repeat viewings than the series proper.

Nice twist on 'A Christmas Carol'. Not far off the quality of the series.

Meh. The Blackadder specials aren't ageing well.

Funny reinterpretation of the Dickens classic. Funnier than the later "Back & Forth" but still slightly less than the original Blackadder series.
