Well-done portrayal of the possible socio-sexual consequences of hijacking libidinal circuits at the level of the drives.

As a writer, if you can examine the pros and cons of any technological advancement, I personally wouldn't explore a world where men finally can get each other off and go 'NO HOMO!'.

Technology has already fundamentally transformed how we connect in society, and it's just started to fundamentally transform how we interact sexually. This is probably second only to Her in its exploration of that.

While I appreciate the idea of pushing the boundaries with technology, this just felt a little rushed. Instagay.

An adult film about the consequences of the ever escalating landscape of video games and the real life feeling video games can now bring people. Anthony Mackie is incredibly convincing as the sexual tension escalates leading up to the conclusion. The ending was very much in tune with the entire tone of the 1 hour mini movie and didn't try and stray into left field. This is an adult tv episode with very adult themes about finding happiness in a relationship that may feel stagnant.

I wanted this episode to drill deeper but what's here is still quite good, the acting is especially great. Yahya Abul-Mateen II is becoming one of my favorite (relatively) new actors

First of all, i strongly disagree that tetris is a boring game. Contrary to popular belief, it was a good episode actually.

little less tight for a black mirror episode but a lot of smart decisions. for eg choosing the actors black so their accent is very different from the game characters. brings up a lot of interesting questions. shows us once again our neatly organized lives will shatter as technology advances and forces us to evolve.

The epitome of the phrase "No homo"

The first episode of the fifth season was the best one. The theme is not at all what I first expected they were going for, and it is an interesting one to explore that hasn't been covered by BM before. A good drama with good performances.

A pretty astute view on technology's influence on sex in the context of escaping monotony. Black Mirror can sometimes try to be too immediate for it's own good, but in this case I feel there was a certain poignancy to the episode that worked - despite never really getting to it's full potential.

I guess I have to admit that 75% of the episodes of 'Black Mirror' are sort of weak. But this was nice. A nice idea, nice visuals, nice performances and nice direction. Nice, but not quite the anthology at its best.

The story's different enough from most Black Mirrors of late, and it retains that crucial aspect of keeping you guessing where it's going while retaining your interest, but when all's said and done it's as forgettable as most episodes. The kiss is the single most cringeworthy/amusing moment in BM's history, so I'll give it that.
