Sketch comedy for geeks with ADHD. Good for the occasional watch but quickly grows tiresome.

WTF, Seth Green? You're so fucking anal about this shit being better than Family Guy, yet you totally ignore the fact that this chicken is clearly not a robot, but rather, a cyborg, since it has both robotic and chicken features.

Your mileage will vary for a show with this many non-sequiturs, even for a sketch comedy. I feel like the smart jokes are let down but by the odd style and the writers trying too hard.

Mildly entertaining but often feels as if its trying way too hard.

Certain sketches are absolute gold. The Star Wars sketches, for example, are pure comedic bliss. If there is a sketch based around some aspect of pop culture that you subscribe to, you're certain to fucking love it. But there is the other stuff, too, and a lot of that is more humdrum. Better to watch on YouTube than to watch actual episodes.

Often too sadistic, but often genius satire, also.

I haven't seen everything they've done with this show, but the episodes I've seen have always made me laugh.

Garbage show.

Very hit and miss. What is funny is great and what is lacking tends to drag down the highlights. It took off thanks to the the quick nature of its skits and has definitely been referenced across pop culture but I never quite got behind all the hype. Solid enough at times, it just never takes that leap beyond its grotesque and immature humour.

Robot Chicken may be violent and hard to swallow at times. The animation is hilarious and the jokes are very clever. For those who feel into this show early, it was a gem. An unfortunately short one.

Generally shit with occasional non-shit skits interspersed

Usually a few chuckles. Tends to try too hard at times but the short length keeps it tolerable.

I did enjoy the Star Wars episodes. Other than that I've never really been that into it.

Mostly a mixed bag. Skits like 1776 and the Star Wars stuff were pretty good. Other than that, it seems to adopt the same sort of humour you'd expect from Newgrounds or Family Guy which seem more focused on attaching mature themes to childish characters and/or pushing shock value than it is actually trying to legitimately parody something. I think the skits that are 1-2 minutes long tend to be a lot better than their drawn out 3-5 minute jokes, but that may be just me.
