The post-credits sequences make this outstanding episode even better. So fantastic.

so unbelievably chilling! probably the most blatantly dark episode in the series and the closest thing to true horror. i was at the edge of my seat all the way through and was blown away by the ending. this entire show is just so excellent that i don't even know what to say. this episode in particular, showed the terrifying extents to which our modern society could go.

This episode leaves us in the dark for a considerable amount of time, before a twist near the end reveals another properly messed up concept for this story. Brilliant! Overall, this is a great piece of horror, as it portrays the ne plus ultra of helplessness with no sympathy, but only voyeuristic vengeance from the entire public.

Truly disturbing. One of those trick endings I genuinely, for once, did not see coming.

I found the camerawork to be extremely annoying as was a lot of the sound design. The reveal was dumb, in fact, the whole damn short was stupid.

In the moment, there is really nothing in this episode that makes it stand out. It isn't even as well-made as most Black Mirror episodes from an acting or production standpoint. However, the implications of the writing had me absolutely horrified from the second it was over and I still think about it years later.

eng; [Black Mirror: White Bear]; eine frau wacht auf und wird gejagt während alle mit ihrem handy zuschauen und filmen.; (täter erfahren die erlebnisse ihrer opfer; eine gesellschaft die nicht versucht besser zu sein als ihre kriminellen elemente);

This was the episode why I wanted to stop to follow the entire series. Lucily I did not. Tuppence Middleton was okay.

A bit messy in the execution in my eyes but this was pretty brutal, especially that last section.

seeing screenshots from this episode still fucks me up.

My favorite episode, tense and confusion. The scripts ability to get it's message across with out being preachy is remarkable. This also felt the most like a Twilight Zone episode so that definitely helped it.

A cynical look at the idea of mob justice; a condemnation of those that gain gratification from cruel and unusual punishments just as much as the ones receiving said punishment. The most 'Twilight Zone'-esque episode of the series thus far, 'White Bear' is also likely the scariest.

Fantastically nasty, but in reality you only need to watch the last 20 minutes and you'd still get the full effect.

I thought this was going nowhere for a while, but after it concluded I realized it was the outstanding script, production, and acting that kept me guessing wrong all along. An interesting reflection on the whole crime/punishment dilemma that society seems to have trouble getting right. Haunting.
