An attempt to reflect on the calculability of relationships and sexual exploration, but missing the kernel of general algorithmisation - the substitution of desire-based selection with data-driven optimisation due to and aggravating our inability to understand and care for desire - by resorting to the good old opposition between love and calculation. The difference in reactions of the man and the woman to their volatile sexual journey might (unintendedly) suggest a fundamental sexual difference.

Was getting fairly strong San Junipero vibes thrugh this, Another entertaining concept and a nice, more gentle addition to the series.

The second best episode of the fourth season. It's interesting throughout with the nice ending. It's actually very sweet which is not the norm for this series.

"99.8" This is exactly what I want to see. They just kept it mysterious but simple and this is the perfect conclusion. I can't explain the feeling I have at the moment and this score is not emotional I promise.

It brings a fun and interesting perspective relationships with the concept of knowing exactly how long they will last. It's very romantic in a sense as it progresses but really not deep enough to score the points it could have. The potential of this concept out reaches what they displayed via said potential. Could have been a lot more fascinating, opted for the more traditional Romcom route.

Prior to "Bandersnatch", my favourite episode. Unique and heartwarming. Really enjoyable premise and delivery.

This dating program story was not very strong story if you give any deeper thoughts about it. Are we too close to it nowadays with out cell phones and social media?

Love the concept of the program and how one minor change to the rules of life will lead to such a different society. [SPOILERS] I also really love that there are some episodes now which are sweet/have a happy ending. It genuinely adds stakes for every episode going forward.

The concept of this episode actually made a lot of sense. It wasn't needlessly cruel or excessive. I had an issue with some of the character logic within the framework, but I think overall this episode gets back to some of the progressive pondering that BM promises.

A lighter, more watchable episode of this season so far.

Could've been so much more. Black Mirror raised the bar so much that this feels like a major disappointment. It's rare that Brooker is not cashing in on another tremendous set up. And yet: It is another tremendous set up. I fooled around with it for quite some time after I was done watching. Black Mirror, even the flawful episodes, make my life better.

Hang the DJ is a watchable enough episode, but you never can shake the feeling that it's just a poor man's San Junipero. Ho-hum for the main part, the final twist is the most interesting aspect of the episode - yet introduced at this point is nothing more than a side note.

An endearing and uncharacteristically sweet story. It's one of the very best episodes - about on par with (and probably most similar to) 'Be Right Back' and 'San Junipero' - one that certainly also stands out as one of the gentler episodes in this particularly bleak show.
