Starts off really well, and seems clever, and is uncomfortable (although a little mean) enough to provide an effective emotional confrontation. But after the buildup, degenerates into the usual formulaic dramedy. Still, Kutcher is something besides his usual idiot slapstick self, which is quite an accomplishment.

Taking easy, cliche racial humor does not a good movie make. And as an added shocker, Bernie Mac plays the same character he does in every movie: bull-headed, ignorant, yet financially successful black man...what a great acting stretch.

Watch the original good version, unless you just hate yourself.

A pale shadow of the original. Shrek 2 was a better remake of Guess Who's Coming to Dinner. That being said, the movie is not bad. It had some rather funny and cute moments. I'm not a fan of Ashton Kutcher, but he is good n this movie. Bernie Mac is good as well. But the chemistry is just not there between them, and the story between the daughter and the mother is not nearly as strong as the original.

A terrible, usual comedy which started very nice. All the actors were good and the talking was witty. I also paid attention the connection with the original with Houghton and Poitier, and I liked the way they updated it. It was shame it ended up so lame. Kutcher was really different than he used to.

Bernie Mac should be ashamed of himself. Who the heck talked him into doing this film. Although he gets a couple small laughs overall the film is a joke. Have not yet found an Ashton Kutcher movie that I have enjoyed, and that quest continues after this film. I feel like I have been Punk'd. The one thing I learned is that Bernie can dance a mean tango.

Guess Who wasn't bad. I'm glad that I watched it once. It is not something that I would watch over and over. I might even watch it again if it is on TV and I'm too lazy to go get the remote. Bernie Mac is always pretty good but he is tamed in this all ages movie. Ashton Kutcher is sweet and funny. I can understand why women find him appealing. Zoe Saldana is equally good in this movie. Kellee Stewart is funny as well. I have liked her since seeing her in the TBS original series.
