A watchable episode, but I'll have to break away from the pack to say that it wasn't really that good. My opinion stems from Moriarty's portrayal as a femmy man with impulse control issues and a mood imbalance. Say what you will about Andrew Scott's ability to play the part, but the issue remains--this version of the character does not strike me as a criminal mastermind, nor even a man who could execute a successful gas station stick up.

Another near-perfect episode of Sherlock that had me completely glued to the screen from beginning to end. Top-notch television.

What a terrible finale to the second season of 'Sherlock'. A whole episode stuck with Moriarty - played by the retarded little brother of Giovanni Ribisi - is bad enough, but the plot is preposterous from the get-go. The harder it tries to be clever, the dumber the story gets. The climax was infuriating, and I dare say a copout on par with when Ford pardoned Nixon.

These cliffhangers will be the death of me. Highlights include the opening sequence, Andrew Scott's magnificent performance (he's an actor playing a villain playing an actor playing a villain), and the amount of emotion Sherlock is able to show.

Great episode, kind of makes me wish they would've just ended it here.

Far from being the best in the series, even though it is hailed as the best. Not really keen on the goofy Moriartiy guy. Also, the plot feels too 'made', in an overly clever way.

Moriarty is a great foil for Holmes and the way this weaves everything together is wonderful.

Finally a real Moriarty episode. The long build up to the super villain does unfortunately give one massive expectations which are almost impossible to meet. So despite being a great episode it still disappoints. The first hour is absolutely amazing, but the ending doesn't really work. Hopefully the next episode can explain the ridiculous actions of the characters.

SPOILERS! (if the title doesn't give it away for you) The episode in itself is extremely well executed and a pleasure to watch, but it's pulled down, by how insanely premature it feels to use this particular story. Haven't we JUST been introduced to Moriarty? Shouldn't we perhaps have had at least one or two more cases in which the two adverseries crossed blades?...

I love the idea of the Holmes cult personality and his trademark hat (worn only in an attempt to avoid the press) makes an appearance. The self awareness of the show is refreshing.

A campy and over-the-top episode, which is also the first one that I think is genuinely well-written; I liked it a lot. The editing was a tad much at points, but the dramatic beats were on point regardless. It's a great ending for the season.

After loving "Baskerville" episode this one is inferior and kind of boring during a couple of minutes although at the end it pays off, as in like a lot.

Another flawless episode. From start to finish the rivalry between Sherlock and Moriarty is explored and finished in a devastating and incredibly heartfelt way. The final scenes on the rooftop are white-knuckle intense and written to the highest standard possible for any form of media entertainment.

Very fun in a cartoony way but didn't quite succeed in creating the dramatic weight it really needed.

Perhaps too ambitious for its own good, 'The Reichenbach Fall' is nonetheless an engaging story with one of modern television's most notable cliffhangers -- even if the events that culminate to it don't quite meet the viewer's expectations.

O.M.G. i don't even know what to say because there are no words to describe the pure perfection that was this episode. i KNEW the twist going in, and my mind was STILL blown. really a testament to the brilliant geniuses who work on this show in every department.

I have no idea how they will ever top this one. This was a perfect episode. I was laughing, i was crying, i was literally on the edge of my seat. If it wasnt so sad, i would have watched it 100 times already. I really love the plot, the acting, the set pieces, the script, everything. Also ANDREW SCOTT i want to take him home with me!!!

Bit disappointing. I am not going to say why because that would be full of spoilers. I am just very curious about the next series (if any).

Not my favorite onscreen Sherlock vs. Moriarty story, but, a few plot holes aside, it does do a good job ratcheting up the tension and putting Sherlock in a corner as it accelerates towards an admirably puzzling end.

Sherlock and Moriarty's final showdown. Adventure, drama and the final mystery. Andrew Scott's performance is wonderfully abhorent.
