The first few seasons are a lot of fun, but it should have ended way sooner than it did.

Granted, I haven't seen the last seasons in fear of the rumors that they are.. well, not so good. But the first half of the series is pure comedy gold and a TV milestone. Absolute must watch regardless if you're into medical shows or not. I can only dream of having the wit, impudence and charm of Perry Cox.

The only show where I watched it in it's original run, then binge watched it when I got the DVDs...THEN, binge watched it again as soon as the last episode ended. All the supporting characters are fantastic, this is far and away the best ensemble cast of any sitcom (take that Cheers!) Just politely ignore season 9 (or do what I do and consider it a spin-off, after all, it's subtitled Scrubs: Med School) as season 8 had the perfect ending to the series.

Would've been better had Zach Braff not been in it but for some reason in the 21st century we like to glorify these adolescent DYEL beta males as leading men and you get these shows where you are constantly wishing the main character would shut the fuck up because the side characters are so much better. See also: How I Met Your Mother. If Sarah Chalke was the star of the show it would've been so much better

Might be a bit bias, but being not that much of a tv show guy, I binged the crap out of this. The humor is very hit or miss, the tone might be a bit playful, but damn, if this is not a show I can always remember fondly of.

One of the pillars modern sitcoms builds upon. It has the perfect combination of silliness and emotion and McGinley is amazing.

Amazing first season. Great three ones after that.

Screw it, there's so many adorable McGinley and Jenkins moments here that I'll sit through all the lazy and schmaltzy screwball comedy.

A show I always felt like I should have liked more than I did. It was funny enough, and easy to watch. And the bromance between J.D. and Turk was really great. But for whatever reason, it never struck the same chord with me that it did with many of my friends.

A comedy medical drama with heart. Some episodes were better than others, and the show loses a bit of steam when it takes itself too seriously. The last few seasons just begin to be... trash. So I stopped watching by that point and my score is based on the first 3-4 seasons.

Just a great classic. A lot of fun, with characters you'll care about too. Pretend that it ends on the 8th season. The "9th season" was a poor attempt at a spinoff and not worth your time.

The 8th season is gold, but I didn't hate the spinoff that was the 9th season. Weird pet peeve: medics quoting the show.

I only watched it until season 8. But that was great.

W4E2P1S2V1M2A1R4. Literally the show that made me watch TV shows. It's remarkable how much you care about these characters in between silly and often meaningless plotlines. And a few specific episodes still haunt me regularly, years later.

Season 1-8 - 89-79

Out of all the medical dramas ever produced, this is the only one I've seen that was actually tolerable. Perhaps erring on the side of comedy prevents the sort of glorifying of health care workers that ruins just about every other major project in this genre. Ignore season 9.

The first two seasons are amazing, then it drops off so quickly after that.

Scrubs follows the lives of 3 broke/desperate interns on their struggle to through the most brutal and soul-sucking institution: the local Hospital! The Hospital's a mad house of rich money grubbing executives, burned out doctors, and ambulance chasing lawyers. And the interns are fighting with everything they have to become doctors and hoping they'll have enough sanity left for a comeback at least by the time they retire.

The first 3 seasons were funny. The last few ones were a case for Den Haag.

Watched up to S06E07 - dropped. First 3-4 seasons were good fun, then it gets dramatically worse. Season 6 was abysmal.

Some people swear by this show, but I just didn't like it that much.

One of those things where the main characters are insufferable and the quirky secondary ones are just good enough to hold your attention. Far too much emphasis on JD learning a lesson every episode when no one cares. Apparently went on for an eternity after I stopped watching a decade ago.

Lurches sickeningly between terrible jokes and mawkish guff with irksome direction, score and some very poor delivery.

John C. McGinley sucks. Zach Braff sucks.
