Am I supposed to not like a movie that brutally murders Jake Busey?

I love whodunits. And I enjoy surprise endings. So, yeah, I'm a fan.

One of the best twists I've seen in a movie. This thriller will take you on a ride and surprise you.

I really *wanted* to like Identity. I do, actually, I just feel like it could have been better. Perhaps less predictable?

I think Hitchcock would've loved this.

An interesting suspense movie with decent performances from all involved, as a note Ray Liotta is very good. However the ending of "haha IT WAS A DREAM" combined with another silly twist just means you wasted your time watching it.

Stylish but ultimately predictable and hoaky psychological thriller. Great cast used poorly.

Decent little suspense film that could've been way better had the directing focused less on all the crazy twists and more on entertainment. If we've learned nothing else from Goodfellas it's this: never trust Ray Liotta. A great Leonard Maltin game candidate.

Wonderfully acted, taut thriller. Superb cast and excellent story. This film pulls you in right away and holds you through the big reveal and all the way to the end.

Starts out as pretty typical slasher-flick stuff, and then suddenly gets really interesting and clever. Really neat movie overall.

A promising start that crashes and burns before your eyes. Gets a few things modestly right, and I dig the cast, but I...I just can't get behind this movie. The twist is a total fucking cheat not to mention completely unintentionally hilarious. This cast deserves better material. This viewer deserves a better movie.

This is a great movie that could have been made in any decade from the 1930's to this year. Well done.

I could kind of deal with the fact that they're all different split personalities, but then they totally lost me with the even cheesier twist. Most notable for a decent cast and the fact that this could very well have been Donald Kaufman's lost script.

An awesome Mystery/Suspense/Thriller. Movies with an unexpected ending are always good by me. If anyone can guess the ending on this movie before it's revealed, you must be a god!

A thriller that is neither stupid (like most ie. "Panic Room"), nor a deep as a puddle. Ends up being a love it or hate it kind of movie, most people can't appreciate the ending like I did.

An example of a who-dunnit that truly plummets when the twist is revealed.

Competent thriller, with a good premise that Mangold doesn't quite exploit to its full potential. Cusack, Liotta & Co are all pretty good, and the harrowing atmosphere is well created and maintained. Minor plot holes aside, the twists are well presented if not well hidden, and personally I'm not sure if I liked the ending, but at least it was pleasingly tragic. Solid entertainment.

It went from being quite interesting to stupid, then much better and in the end just O.K.

Too clever by half, but the direction is brisk and intelligent, Cusack, Peet, and Hawkes deliver excellent performances, and the rest of the cast is good too.

One of my favorite underrated suspense thrillers. Had a great ensemble cast! Peet and Cusack did a fantastic job and the ending is really a twist!

Obvious twist is obvious. Seriously, I ain't the sharpest tool in the box, but I saw it coming a mile off. And then again with the twist-upon-a-twist at the end. Actually, if you were surprised by anything that happened in this film, please send me a private message because I know a Nigerian prince who's in a spot of financial trouble and would like to make your acquaintance...

I thought this was a fine psychological mystery to sit through and ends up being a pretty good movie by the end. Not great nor does it have a lot of surprises other than the deaths but still, it's a fun watch. I like John Cusack and while Peet is hot I'm not sure I like her.
